We provide conveyancing services from perusal & preparation of documents such as Contracts of Sale and Section 32's & providing legal advice through to settlement. We can also assist with subdivision of land, updating a title, registering a death and registering, changing or removing an easement, caveat, S173 Agreements and more.

POWERS OF ATTORNEY
Appointing a Power of Attorney is an important aspect of life-planning. We can assist with all types of powers of attorney such as Financial & Medical Enduring POA and General POA. We can also assist with asset protection and discretionary trusts.
PROBATE
Probate is a critical legal step needed before a persons estate can be administered or distributed to the beneficiaries. We can assist you with all the necessary documentation and lodging with the Probate Office at the Supreme Court of Victoria including all necessary steps involved within the probate process.
SMSF
If you're thinking about investing in property, but don't have enough funds to make an outright purchase, you may be interested to know that it's possible to borrow money through a SMSF and receive many of the same benefits as traditional property investment. We can assist you with purchasing property under your Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF), attend to all the legals and walk you through the process right up to settlement.
WILLS
A will should reflect your current domestic and financial situations. As circumstances in life change, so should your will. Revise your will at least every five years or when a significant event such as a new property purchase, marriage, the birth of a child, or the death of a family member takes place.

TF Legal is a boutique law firm founded and directed by Teresa Farid who has had over 15 years experience in the legal industry. Teresa completed her Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences & Humanities majoring in Legal Studies) at LaTrobe University. She then completed her Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. Having worked as an In-House Lawyer for some large international corporations, Teresa had her sights set on creating her own unique legal practice which delivers not only high quality and efficient service but also building relationships with her clients and making them feel they are a priority.
